Review: Sigma Brushes Part II (Face)

In this post I will show you the face brushes of the Sigma Complete Kit. You can check out the first part of the review first part of the review to know more about the eye brushes and my rating system.

En esta entrada voy a enseñaros las brochas para la cara del Complete Kit de Sigma. Puedes ver la primera parte del review para averiguar más sobre los pinceles para ojos y para ver mi sistema de calificación. 

Large Powder

Natural bristles.Very dense, but could be softer. It feels good on my skin although. I use it for blending my powder foundation or applying setting powder.

Pelo natural. Muy denso, pero podría ser más suave. De todas formas lo siento agradable sobre la piel. Lo uso para difuminar bien mi base en polvo o para aplicar polvos matificadores.

Large Angled Contour 

Natural bristles. I use this one for contouring. Great. Due to the angled tip, the brush fits perfectly into the hollows of your cheeks. 

Pelo natural. Uso este pincel para contornear. Genial. Gracias a la punta biselada el pincel se acomoda perfectamente al hueco debajo del pómulo.

Duo Fibre

Synthetic and natural bristles.This is the brush like the less. It's ok, but I would like it to be more dense. When I washed it, it losed color and the white bristles were stained with the black color. 

Pelo sintético y natural. Este es el pincel que me gusta menos. Está bien, pero me gustaría que fuese más denso. Cuando lo lavo a veces pierde color y los pelos blancos se tiñen de negro.

Foundation

Synthetic bristles. Very soft and dense. The feeling of this brush is amazing. I have to admit, I don't use it very often because I do my foundation with my fingers or the Duo Fibre but it's still a great brush.

Pelo sintético. Muy suave y denso. La sensación de este pincel es genial. Tengo que admitir que no lo uso muy a menudo porque porque suelo usar mis dedos o el Duo Fibre para mi base líquida, aun así es una brocha genial.

   

Concealer

The mini version of the Foundation brush. It's basically the same but smaller. Again, I don't use this one very much because I prefer my fingers, but it's a great concealer brush.

Es la mini versión de la brocha Foundation. Es básicamente la misma en pequeña. Otra vez, este no lo uso mucho porque prefiero usar mis dedos, pero es una brocha genial para usar el corrector.

Comparison / Comparación :

Sigma SS 187 or F50 and MAC 187 

As you can see, Sigma brushes have an larger handle than MAC ones. Although I can't complain about the size of the MAC brush (it's a great one), I also I like the larger handle of the Sigma brush. All brushes are larger than the MAC ones with the same number/name.

Como podéis ver, las brochas de Sigma tienen un mango más largo que las de MAC. Realmente no puedo  quejarme del tamaño de la brocha de MAC (me va de maravilla) pero también me gusta el mango más grande de la brocha Sigma. Todos los pinceles de Sigma son más largos que los de MAC con el mismo nombre/número.

Overall Opinion:

I love this kit. It defenitly has brushes I absolutely love and others that I just like, but I use all of them and they are very good quality brushes. Keep in mind, that my brushes are more than one year old, the quality may have improved even more, and there are also a lot of new brushes you can get. I highly recommend this brush kit, you won't be disappointed.

Opinión general:

Me encanta este kit. Definitivamente hay pinceles que adoro y luego hay otros que simplemente me gustan, pero los uso todos y son brochas de muy buena calidad. Recordad, que mis brochas son de hace más de un año, la marca ha podido mejorar su calidad en todo este tiempo, además sé que han añadido muchos pinceles nuevos a su colección. Recomiendo totalmente este kit, no te decepcionará.
